POLYCHROMATIC ACADEMY || LIST OF INSTRUCTORS
&the academy| [common room] [library] [auditorium]
Wander around its halls, and you may find yourself stumbling across the occasional classroom or two, the most eager among the citizens sitting pretty in the antique desks—you won't find plastic chairs, here. Quills and ink wells for those who don't want to pay the pretty penny for mechanical pencils and gel pens. Don't bother graffiting the desks—it won't last, and you might find your head weighed down by a dunce cap for the rest of the week, or SNEAK written across your forehead with unwashable ink. The Academy doesn't always take the teachers' side, of course—or have you tried scraping gum off from under the desks?
Blackboards for the technologically impaired, digital projector screens for those on the other end of the spectrum.
Inquire or sign up here at the front desk, if you're so inclined. The City has a greater number of teachers than you may think.
(blurb provided by di for the city guide)
IMPORTANT: The school is not mandatory, and is structured as a private university-style setting more than anything. Classes run all skill levels, from basic math to advanced calculus, for example; they aren't based on age. They come in all sizes, from lecture hall-necessary to intimate groups of five. They run all lengths, from 45 minutes to 4 hours, and at all times of day, from 8am to 10pm polychromatic-time (US Eastern).
Classes are free and instructors are only paid based on community donations. The school isn't associated with the deities and is volunteer-run.
IMPORTANT: When signing up a character icly to teach or to administer at the school at the Academy, remember that this decision should reflect in-character desires and abilities. Someone who is a writer might teach writing, but if he's Melvin Udall from As Good As It Gets, he's probably not very interested in teaching.

For reasons of practicality, no list of students enrolled is available, only a list of administration (to be made soon) and a list of current instructors. This list may or may not contain names of specific classes taught by instructors, depending on whether or not players want the maintainers of this infolist to include that depth of detail. If you would like your character to be an administrator or an instructor, feel free to comment below. Also comment to add your character to a department if already teaching or to drop your character from teaching positions at the Academy school altogether.
